Maddening rush

..during lunch hour.

I had to come home straight after the office for dinner. Hence, I decided to train during lunch and I am glad to report that I caught the right trains and I was on schedule for the entire hour.

Gotta be happy with that:-)

New stuff

I am never too shy to ask fellow trainees to help me learn what they do well.

Most find it complimentary and seem more than happy to share. I get the sense of community where people are helping each other to become better.

Again and again, I am motivated and inspired by others at the gym and that is a really good thing.

Wednesday "day" training

I got there around 1pm and trained for about an hour.

My latest interest is the floor-to-celing bag. I have been using it since I started with this new gym as it is always there but I am afraid it will be sometime before I would feel comfortable hitting it.

Other than that, I did the usual stuff finishing off with some chin-ups.

Afterwards, I rewarded myself with a bowl of Wonton noodles...just the best!

It's been a month

...at the new gym.

It feels as though I've been training there for a lot longer.

Enjoyed Friday night training and I was not alone. Sure some may go out afterwards, but for me, this works a lot better than getting a few drinks.

I've done a lot of stretching and flexibility exercises for my back. It's really for mobility not pain management, thank god.
